What to Expect
When you request an assessment:
- We'll review your inquiry within 1 business day. We read every submission personally and evaluate whether there's a potential fit based on your situation and our current capacity.
- If there's a potential fit, we'll schedule a 30-minute exploratory call. This is a conversation, not a pitch. We'll ask questions about your challenges, organizational context, and what you're trying to accomplish.
- We'll determine together whether a formal assessment makes sense. Not every inquiry leads to engagement—and that's fine. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and suggest alternative resources when possible.
- No obligation, no sales pressure—just strategic clarity. Our goal is to understand whether we can help. Yours is to evaluate whether our approach fits your needs.
Who We Work With
We focus on mid-market organizations—typically $20M to $250M in annual revenue—with legacy systems creating operational risk or limiting AI adoption. Our engagements are strategic, multi-quarter, and executive-sponsored.
If that's not your situation, we may not be the right fit. We're happy to suggest alternative resources for smaller organizations, purely technical projects, or shorter-term needs.
